Sridhar is a successful serial entrepreneur of technology and IT infra business. He is the founder, chairman and managing director of Rs. 750 Crore (EV) Pioneer Group. Under his leadership the group has been growing at more than 100% CAGR over the past 15 years. Regarded as the thought leader in the datacenter industry, Sridhar is credited with launching first Tier IV datacenter in India. He has changed the DC Market landscape in India by building a datacenter which can guarantee the highest availability and least energy consumption. His strong belief in the philosophy of “total ownership for consistent value addition to clients” is strongly imbibed in CtrlS as its brand core.

Sridhar spends most of his time with CtrlS customers to understand what works well with them and what might be improved upon. He is the recipient of numerous awards and honors including Karmveer Purskar 2007 awarded by ICONGO, Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani by Global Economic Council and Best Entrepreneur of the year by ATA.

Prashant is a DAGSI scholar with a Masters in communication from Wright state university, OHIO, USA. As an entrepreneur of over 14 years experience in the web and ecommerce industry, he has run web hosting companies like India Domain, which was later acquired by Asia online. He has also started several ecommerce companies like Hyderabad bazaar, Chennai bazaar etc. He has at various point times successfully run an online city portal, a web development company and several ecommerce stores. Currently Prashant is in charge of all online related activities of CtrlS including branding, marketing, online sales & ecommerce, web strategy and online operations. Prashant aims to see CtrlS as the leading online service provider of Datacenter services and solutions.

Prasad has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and building IT infrastructure in process industries. Prior to CtrlS, Prasad was the Country Services Head for Fujitsu ICIM and the COO and director of Accel ICIM. Prasad has been instrumental in negotiating numerous international contracts and alliance partnerships. He aims to see CtrlS recognized as the number one datacenter in Asia-Pac region in terms of services and facilities.

Kiran has 10+ Years of experience in IT services, Networking, software, Business Planning and development. He has served as the COO of the ISP division before moving to CtrlS.
With a Masters degree in Computer Science and PG diploma in Telecommunications, he is a core member of the group’s IT business.

An MBA Finance from the reputed University of India and alumni of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Prabhakar is an active member of the “Banking, Insurance and Finance Committee” of the FAPCCI (Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry). He brings with him over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance.
