Governments and large organizations require customized data centers catering to their exact needs and concerns. Their reason for a data center can stem from security concerns or their laws not allowing the external management of their IT infrastructure and applications.
At the surface, the approach towards data center build and commissioning is no different from any other large project – whether it is a large building or complicated software. The difference lies in the rigor and diligence involved. Many projects can live with “teething trouble”, not data centers.
Our end-to-end solution takes the burden off you when it comes to coordinating and managing the various vendors and contractors involved in data center facility design and construction projects. Our design-build methodology also not only reduces your cost, but significantly improves your delivery times and speed to market.
CtrlS expertise and commitment to excellence helps you feel confident that your data center can meet all technological and environmental requirements for today and tomorrow. CtrlS guarantees the work of its contractors against defects in materials and workmanship for a full year. As a result, bringing CtrlS into your data-center construction project means that you can focus on your real business—providing effective business solutions to the users of your computing system.

CtrlS has not only a highly experienced in-house design team but also strong relationships with key MEP engineering, architectural, structural and civil firms in many regions across India. Our unique two phase approach of designing the datacenter ensures that even the minutest details are captured and finalized in the design stage itself.
CtrlS experienced design team works directly with you to integrate specific requirements into the original design documents. While it is easy enough to make design documents “code compliant” in the absence of the client’s specific requirements, it is a much bigger challenge to make them “user compliant.” Our experienced, multi-disciplinary, expertly trained design team is able to identify errors and modifications quickly and effectively, ensuring that the design
Our successful track record in DC construction allows us to communicate efficiently with local planning and building authorities. Specializing in the rapid delivery of data centers, CtrlS maintains a focus on the overall objective and employs a continuous effort towards obtaining permits on or ahead of milestone dates. With plans in hand, we will personally attend review meetings to support the design objectives for facility planning and approval efforts CtrlS can significantly decrease the time required for more than 10 necessary approvals.
At CtrlS transparency is at the heart of every project we execute. The entire procurement process is kept highly transparent so that you are aware of the each and every development and procurement. Our relationships with all the major vendors are leveraged for rapid project development and critical equipment procurement planning. Each and every procurement pricing is taken from all the relevant vendors and the best vendor selected to ensure that your datacenter is built in the most cost efficient way without compromising on the quality.
This entire process is done by a reputed international agency which specializes in this particular domain.
As construction commences the Design Development team interfaces with the Build team to provide engineering, zoning, site, environmental, civil, and structural design support. CtrlS personnel oversee the construction of your data center and provide you with regular status updates to make sure its completed on-time and to your specifications.
On completion of construction, CtrlS performs commissioning to confirm that all the of the data center components are perfectly installed and working together seamlessly as an integrated system
Our Testing checklist includes
Most companies end up doing a partial handover and move off the project resulting in downtime, maintenance issues, etc. To ensure a proper handshake we have divided the entire process into administrative and technical, so that we don’t miss out on any details.
Most other companies tend to finish off the project and move on. We understand that not every organization has a high level of in-house expertise to maintain the datacenter. Hence we have a highly experienced team who can maintain and run the datacenter for you. The following activities are covered under maintenance.
Quarterly planned downtime will be provided for preventive maintenance of subsystem and this will not be taken into SLA calculation.

“We offer guaranteed results through SLAs, that exceed industry standards.”
