7. Handover

Most companies end up doing a partial handover and move off the project resulting in downtime, maintenance issues, etc. To ensure a proper handshake we have divided the entire process into administrative and technical, so that we don’t miss out on any details.

8. Maintenance

Most other companies tend to finish off the project and move on. We understand that not every organization has a high level of in-house expertise to maintain the datacenter. Hence we have a highly experienced team who can maintain and run the datacenter for you. The following activities are covered under maintenance.

Quarterly planned downtime will be provided for preventive maintenance of subsystem and this will not be taken into SLA calculation.

• Day-to-day Operation & Maintenance of installed system.
• Checking for any loose contacts in the cables & connections for the respective infrastructure and equipment.
• Run diagnostics tests on respective infrastructure and equipment.
• Cleaning and removal of dust and dirt from the interior and exterior of the equipment.
• Ensuring that wiring is done as per the standard.
• Ensuring that wiring diagrams are updated, whenever there are modifications.
