CtrlS as a service provider has designed its portfolio of products and offering around augmenting the existing client setups. Be it Storage on Demand for enhancing the storage requirements to DR on Demand offerings. CtrlS has also placed a compelling value creation model of providing world class compute and security elements on a opex model and a pay-as-you-use scalable model, thereby bringing the TCO of the IT setups to 30%+ less than a conventional model. This not only allows the customers to scale-up or scale-down as required but also provides them agility in the time to deploy a project or change setup. Some of the products and offerings are as follows:
- Storage on Demand
- Backup on Demand
- DR on Demand
- Private Cloud (both in Customer Premises and in CtrlS Datacenters)
- X86 Servers (Intel from HP/IBM/Dell)
- RISC Servers, namely;
- IBM pSeries with AIX
- HP Itanium Series
- SUN Sparc and T3 series

CtrlS has developed an unique value proposition for managed services customers. It has adopted the concept of Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the services offered. These CoE are headed by a L4 resource across various platforms. CtrlS has restricted the CoE today to the level of the platform services being offered. CtrlS can support almost all major platforms in demand today as depicted below:

CtrlS defines the establishment of a CoE when the discipline achieves a level of 70% percent incident resolution in less than 30 mins and calls it a mature CoE is it achieves a level of 92% of incidents are resolved in less than 30 mins. This translates to repeat incidents or problems being addressed in a lesser time period thereby aligning the SD process to the customer expectation. To achieve this, the SD process model is adopted from the guidelines of ISO 38500 for Monitoring, Measuring, Managing and assessment of the services by adopting the Lean Six Sigma wit ITIL, thereby providing a ready governance platform for the IT services. Hence, CtrlS endeavors to provide measurable value for its services as depicted below:
