    We have built two of the world's best green datacenters recently and are in the process of building a third colocation datacenter as you read this.     We know the costs.

    Building a datacenter involves a large amount of Cap-ex but delays in the project and cost escalations can make the outlay skyrocket. Since we have on the ground experience of building green datacenters in India, we know the real world time schedules for everything, from the actual building work, to getting permits and satisfying legal requirements. We know the costs involved and how to avoid escalations and project delays. We have built two datacenters on time and within budget and have a third project that is tracking true to our projections.
